Thanks guys. I'll work him in, hopefully he doesn't go sooner to another team.... Dave 08/23/12 21:15
I play in a work league, 12 teams, standard espn scoring. Most of the owners use the default ESPN rankings when picking, stuff at the top of the ESPN list goes pretty fast. I've got Foster as my keeper. And I am in a dilemma about whether to pick up Ben Tate. Because, as I've read and heard, Tate may be the better player, may split carries, and of course if Arian should have injuries. Problem is, based on ESPN rankings, I can expect him to go in round 5-6, if not earlier. This means I need to pick him up earlier or risk losing him. What you you guys think? Is he worth this early pick? 08/23/12 19:47
So, the league leader this year is running a Patriot heavy team in a standard 12 team ESPN league with a 15 acquisition limit.  I have like 8 acquisitions left. I have been struggling this year and my playoff chances are at stake.  At this point, I will need a win this week to secure a spot.  Right now the analyzer puts me at a 30 point disadvantage. He has Brady, Welker, Woodhead, and BGE.  Branch, Hernandez, Faulk are held by others. Ridley & Ochocinco are free agents.  I have Gostkowski. Several questions: 1) Should I field Gostkowski over Hanson to help buffer against opponent's heavy Patriotism? 2) Any chance Patriots production would shift to other players based on current standings making Ridley, Ocho more attractive? 3) Is buffering my roster with Patriot players a wise move (assuming I can get good players thru trades, acq) 4) any other thoughts?  Basically I need to go in deep to win the next few games to make playoffs, so I would even consider trades that might win the battle even if it loses the war. Team: QB's -- Brees, C Palmer RB's -- Foster, Greene, R Bush, Battle, Tate WR's -- Julio Jones, Decker, L Robinson, Steve Johnson, Antonio Brown, M Austin D/ST -- Redskins K -- Gostkowski, Hanson   Thanks in advance for any advice, Dave 11/17/11 08:57
Total newbie here, basically have followed every recommendation from the draft analyzer and line up (no real following of NFL before this season.)  So far, so good!  I have achieved over 100 points in every game, and won every match up so far. Main question now is, what to do?  I think a bunch of my players have overachieved so far this year, and if the law of averages holds, should I be looking to trade these guys off?  Who and why? “I have been playing fantasy football for 4 years and before I never made the playoffs with other service I had, but with you guys I was high point total last year and won it all and this year high point again. I owe it all too you guys” Kevin first year member

“I have been a member for the past 2 years. Last year I placed 3rd and this year...well I am the 2009 League Champ! I do have to say though, the best thing I got out of FFS was the weekly Fantasy Alerts sent directly to my email. I had a few guys compliment me on my waiver wire pickups. Another said, "You only won because of FFS."” Josh second year member

“Thank You you were awesome I was high point total 2 years in a row and won it all I cant thank you enough see you next year” Rick 2 year member
