Or should I go with Dez Bryant this week, not sure how much Moss will be used.

I am starting Moss in my league. He is my top WR, regardless of team or match up.

It's very hard for me to believe that Moss will be effective since he does not know the Viking offense at all. However, Childress might use him as a decoy to take coverage off of Harvin and their TE.
Plus, They might toss him a jump ball in the end zone when they drive towards the end zone.

If you are in a PPR league then I would roll with Bryant.

Zak…I see you are new...welcome!  I'm
always curious as to how new people find FFS perhaps you could share that?

Anyway I posted this earlier but maybe you'll
find it of help,

Moss is not coming in and going 10-receptions, for a buck
sixty and two touches but he will absolutely be able to walk in and
contribute and when they get down to the goal line first and 5 or 10 yards I'm
thinking Favre knows how to throw that jump ball fade in the corner, with some
touch that Randy can jump out the building and get.

I'm also thinking Randy may not know
the play-book when he comes in the huddle after just a few days and
Favre calls "bandit zig 22, slot left waggle on 2 on 2"  and
Randy goes huh...Brett will just look at him and just say "go long I'll
toss it to ya"

Of course rather than post it her you could
just call me...in the words of Darth Vader..."I have you now"!

(Inside joke people)

FFS has been fantastic so far for me this year! This is also the first year in which I haven't lost my starting qb in week 1 which has been a nice change. Father Michael, I always gather insight from you via telephone in which I am provided great insight. I'm leaning towards starting him this week beacause my other 2 guys are Bryant and Clayton this week with bye issues. I gather info from these forums to through questions at you come Friday so don't fel like i'm leaving you out, you are my true source "Father"!

Moss running streak patterns all day, I can see it now. Randy, go long...again!

Wait is that a Buick in the corner of the endzone? LOL.
