Now that the catastrophe that was my NFL Game predictions and Survivor Pool locks for 2010 is over, let's do a final review of the carnage.
I went 10-6 week 17. That means my final record is 153-103. By FAR my WORST season on record. I have no excuses and while it was definitely a weird year, I expect better of myself, and figure everyone reading does too.
I also really bit it in the Survivor Pool locks. 12-5 stinks. Some years I get none wrong. Some I get 1, and some I get 2 wrong. I don't think I've ever gotten FIVE wrong before. As several people have pointed out, my picks were a joke this year.
End so it ends. A truly disappointing season of prognosticating games. All I can say is that I will try again next year. I thank everyone who has posted their picks as well and congratulate them on doing better than I did. We'll do it all over again next season!
On any given Sunday any fantasy team can beat another, only to still lose Monday night.

There is always next year to better those choices that were made this season. I agree it has been a very strange year all around. From team and players to H2H and total points. This hobby never ceases to amaze, yet I am back every year to give it another shot. All the best Russ.

I went 12-4 this past week to finish up the regular season at 159-97.
Sorry I didn't start until the season was half over. I promise next year I will stick my neck out there and start with you and Lucas at the beginning. As far as having your worst year prognosticating games all I can say is it was just one of those years. Alot more parody than most. Heck if we could get them all right I'd be winning it big in Vegas...LOL
My pick'em league actually is running through the playoffs and I am currently 3 games behind the leader. Here's hoping I can catch them and win.

I finished with (164) correct picks over the course of the season...first time I have done such a thing so pretty happy with the 64% correction rate for a 1st timer.

“I am hosting one league on as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
