We keep two guys for 3 years and give up the draft pick they were selected with in a 10 team league.  I have Andre Johnson as a 2nd rounder for the last year.
I kept Jackson as a 7th rounder last year and can have him at that again this year or Mike Williams (TB) and give up a 17th rounder for the next two years as he was a waiver claim.
My biggest concern is that I am sacrificing good value on Jackson for great value on Wiliams but I may not be building the best team.

I don't think you can go wrong on either pick. Vick is clearly the better QB so I think I would go with Jackson and forget about the round and value.

I myself am protecting Mike Williams in a keeper league with a 6th round pick.  17th round....crazy good value.
I personally would protect DeSean with a 7th round pick.  In most 10 team mocks I have been involved DeSean is gone by the middle of the 2 round while Mike Williams is generally gone by the 4th round.
Heck you might still be able to get Mike Williams back if you are willing to overpay in the 2nd round depending on who your opponents decided to protect.

Especially if you get points on special teams then D-Jax is the keeper here IMO.

.1 pt per 2-yard pass, 6-pts. per TD, -2 per INT
.1 pt per yard rush/rec, 6-pts. per TD, (NO-PPR) (QB/RB/WR)
.1 pts per yard rec. , 1-PPR 6-pts. per TD (TE'S ONLY !!!)
START: 1-QB, 1-RB, 1-WR, 1-TE, 1-FLEX (RB/TE) 1-FLEX (RB/WR) 1-PK, 1-DST

I like Williams myself. I believe he will see more targets and grab more receptions than Jackson. His 47 catches last year is just not all that impressive to me. I believe it won't be much improved with Vick at QB. I think Williams is more of a sure thing in TB with Freeman throwing the ball and a nice running game with Blount. I see Williams coming very strong this year.

Depends on scoring for me, if it's PPR I probably keep Williams, if not then I keep DJax.  Lots of hands in Philly and he's gonna have to make the most of his touches(again).  Williams put up a ridiculous TD-Catch ration and is definitely due for regression, but should still catch a lot of passes.
