Hi Guys,
There is a problem with the Lineup Analyzer. Currently the Analyzer is projecting Ben Tate to finish with only 3 pts in week #3. Obviously the low point projection is incorrect as Tate will be the starter in week #3. Please make the proper adjustment to the Analyzer so the FF newbies don't make an error with their starters.

Thanks,

Steve

How about having a little patience? It takes a little time for 15 games worth of stats to be inputted, and verified for accuracy. Then it takes time to also stay up on the all the injuries and get alerts sent out. It even takes time for the system to run all the simulations for the rest of the weeks of the season after the stats have been verified. Certainly your league isn't requiring you to set your lineup today, on Monday, is it? You might have until tonight to put in your initial waiver claims, and by then the system will at least have run one course, but to gripe about the system being broke on a Monday for the following week is like ordering your dinner and then immediately after placing your order, complaining it isn't on the table yet.

lol trick...i've noticed it's more accurate towards end of week and also as the years goes on...just adding my 2 cents...

QB: 3pt td, -1 pt int, no yardage, 3pts at 300yrd
RB: 6pt td, no yardage, 3pts at 100yrd
WR: 6pt td, no yardage, 3pts at 120yrd
TE: 6pt td, no yardage, 3pts at 80 yrd
K: 3pt, +3pt at 50 Yrd, +1 pt each extra yrd. (stupid rule!)
ALL TDs: double if 50 yrd or longer.
extra 5 pt bonus every 50 yrd after intial yardage bonus.

ESPN doesn't have week 3 projections up yet, Yahoo showing 4pts for Tate...week 2 isn't over yet.  To borrow Russ' analogy its more like asking for your food BEFORE you ordered!

It is nice to get data as quickly as possible to raid the waiver wire however... data from here + waiver wire = #1 finish last year. :)

Steve,
It always takes a few weeks before the LA becomes reliable. I would rather rely a great deal on the people on the board to help you with advice.
We have some great people on here.
It is a tool only. Remember that.

As a 3rd year member I agree that the forums rock, but it's not a very good selling point to suggest the free forums are more valuable than the tools that folks pay for.

“I am advancing to the championship game in both of my leagues and I believe a lot of the credit goes to those of you in this forum and the many tools that we have access to”. (Ron 3 year member)

“This site greatly helped me make it through this year in both my leagues and all the great help from other members thanks very much fellas!” (Courtney first year member)

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
