I play in a standard ESPN league that uses standard ESPN scoring. So far my lineup looks like this:
QB: Tebow
RB's: Rice and MJD
TE: Gates
D/ST: Ravens
K: Nugent
I need to find 1 Flex and 2 WR's out of the following players:
C. Benson
C.J. Spiller
L. Robinson
H. Nicks
J. Nelson
S. Johnson
B. Lloyd
E. Decker
Thanks for the help.

Nicks and Nelson at WR, easily. Flex is tougher as you have a couple of good options:

Spiller: decent matchup and gets lots of playing time
Benson: his team's feature RB; suspect matchup but Cards not as good on road than at home
Robinson: Okay matchup, been on fire, but targets going down each week with Austin healthy.
Johnson: Should play despite groin injury, but injury concern makes him easy to discount
Lloyd: With Kellen Clemens at QB and at Pittsburgh? Not a chance!
Decker: Good matchup but very unreliable. Is another odd man out.

I think it has to be one of the two RB's and I slightly prefer Spiller for his dual threat purpose.

I had pretty much already decided on Nicks and Nelson.
Like you said it comes down to Spiller, Benson or Robinson for flex.
Spiller worries me, he's only had 1 or 2 good games since Jackson went down to injury. Should I put my entire season on the line for a guy who may have just been lucky last week?
Benson, though his matchup is tougher then Spillers he has been a more consistant RB and in my opinion is a better RB.
Robinson, since Week 8 he has scored:
Week 8 = 16
Week 9 = 9
Week 10 = 19
Week 11 = 9
Week 12 = 19
Week 13 = 7
Week 14 = 19
Week 15 = 8
Do you see the pattern?  Because I sure do... according to the pattern he's going to have another 16-19 point game this week.

I'm seriously thinking of going:
Flex = Benson
WR1 = Nelson
WR2 = Robinson

Can anyone see any reason why I should start Nicks over the 3 I selected??  Remember that Nicks will probably be on Revis Island all day.

I'd start Nicks over Robinson.  Robinson's cycle was done mostly with Austin out and Robinson isn't getting the number of plays and targets that he was prior to Austin's return.  Nicks has the Jets who lost a vital part of the pass D last week.  Revis can only be on one receiver and the odds are that he will rotate between Nicks and Cruz.  I'm not sure Revis will be as aggressive with Leonard out.
