Best available. First 4 rounds you need 2 QB's and 2 Rb's.

5th and 6th rounds for WR's.

I am just telling you how I would do it. You can wait on WR's. Rb's are scarce this year.

James, Question about draft analyzer, do you use it? As I said I'm new to all this, do you use it for the tier sheets to help select your players or you use power rankings? Want to make sure I'm using it to the full advantage, I see it has stats and such but just asking.

Yup. I used it last weekend. I entered my scoring and presented the data in a tier format. I went straight from that paperwork I generated. I then have a good idea of what players are ranked in each tier and how those tiers are grouped. This saves me many hours of having to do this on my own.

Ok just wanted to see if your were using it and if you were just using the tier format and not other things. I plan to use it and print out each tier for each position and try to get the top players from that. When did you take your TE?

Yeah, this information when I started was all gathered from magazine back in the 80s and 90s. Now with the Internet and sites like FFS, no longer does an owner need to do all the math and spend time tiering their players. This gives me a list I can work off of and notate players I like or want and even avoid.

TE in our league Graham went in the 2nd, Gronky in the 4th, Gates in the 5th, Finley and Vernon Davis in the 6th. I held off until round 10 and drafted Fred Davis

Well I'm thinking 2 QB's and 2 RB's in the first 4 rounds. If I can't get a top RB or QB in 4th round to go ahead and grab a top WR if they are available. If none are available and a top TE is available in 4th or 5th round, then try that. I'm not sure, as I said I'm an amateur at this. But we only have 8 teams so some good players should be available. I do know if I get the last pick in the first round there probably won't be any of the top 3 QB's or top 3 RB's available. Might be a top WR available such as calvin johnson, but not sure. What do you think, go for a top WR if top 3 QB or RB aren't available? but again there are some other good QB's and RB's.
