Hello all. I have the #3 draft position this year and this is the first year we are having a keeper league (1 keeper). I have rumors that the #1 guy is going to pick Aaron Rodgers. I think, (if the #1 picks AR) would be either Ray Rice or Adrian Foster. Remember this is a keeper league and I'm looking more for a couple years down the line. Thanks for the help in advance!

What is the scoring system? I would pick Foster and hc Tate.

Arian Foster is 25 to start this season and if he remains healthy, should have a few more productive years as a top RB in the NFL. He would be an obvious keeper. Ray Rice is 24 to start the year and has been a real bruiser for BAL since 2009, he is a better receiving back than Foster averaging 72 receptions per year (avg 654 yds). As Jeff asked, we need to know the scoring system. I don't think you could go wrong with either player.

Thanks for the help guys. The scoring system is standard with the exception of QBs getting 6pt for a passing TD (vs 4pts).

It was a toss up for me between Rice and Foster. I had Foster last year and was lucky enough to have Tate. I guess I have the "owning a previous player with injuries" jitters.

Go with your gut then...if you don't like to pursue the same player year after year, change it up.
