In a ten team, 2 QB league and I have the ninth pick. I'm looking at Newton as my first pick and do not want to touch CJY2K because I dont trust him. I'm assuming the top 4 QBs will be gone before the ninth (just how our league drafts). In the second round, I'm leaning towards the following:

E Manning

Rivers

DMC

Forte

Thoughts??

I actually trust Chris Johnson more than I do Cam Newton. Expectations are high and I believe Newton is overvalued to start the season. I don't believe he warrants a 1st roudn pick in a 10 team league. With RBs are a premium, CJ is still one of those backs who could see 20-25 carries a game, especially with a young and inexperience Locker at QB.

In the second round I might come back with Forte or DMC, unless you really need a QB. I like Forte over DMC becuase of the injury history. Not sure Manning would be there at the end of 3, but Rivers might, Peyton might.

I tried to pull off the 2 QB in the first two rounds, but didn't like my options when round 2 came back to me, so I had to let that idea go. Don't force 2 starting QBs if it doesn't work. If I would have, I don't think I would be well off at RB and weaker at WR.

Would have to agree with TB on his Newton vs. CJ this season. Especially since Smith his top WR is hampered a bit.
