I know I have been doing many mock drafts when I ask this question:

Rather than stock the bench with guys like Felix Jones, CJ Spiller, David Wilson, etc...I had a thought about drafting an improving Isaac Redman, and then in the 14th or 15th grabbing Dwyer.

That way I might get a full time starter for a BYE week. Probably thinking this too much, like always. Paralysis by analysis. Thanks, and good luck to all

Here are a few I highlighted in a post I made in this forum a few days ago:

RB
Evan Royster WAS: With Hightower still coming back from the ACL injury and Helu dinged with an Achilles, Royster should start the year as the #1 RB. Royster put together a few solid weeks last year with his speed and rushing ability. Be wary, the Shanny-Go-Round will probably be in full effect again this season.

Cedric Benson GB: Might not truly qualify as a sleeper, but GB has liked what they have seen in Benson so far. This gives the Packers a good running back, but one who doesn't catch many balls. I hope to see GB get up on their opposition and resort to the running game to fill in the garbage time stats. I a low #2 RB or #3 RB.

Ronnie Brown SDG: San Diego will need to do something with the fragile Ryan Mathews who will start the season injured. Rivers has proven he doesn't need a rushing game, but Brown is a consistent performer on the ground and out of the backfield.

To this list I would also add David Wilson, who has been highly impressive for the NYG this season. If Bradshaw goes down, no doubts Wilson could get the job done. He could go undrafted in some league.

Issac Redman scares me, he has already said his hip could bother him all year. Not good for a RB who will take a battering all season long. Dwyer might be worth a late pick with Mendenhall not ready to play the early part of the season.

Bilal Powell in NYJ is another back who could be a real sleeper, he has good hands and should end up as the third down back for the Jets.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
