I would offer Turner, but I doubt he'd do it. I would not offer Richardson. I'm not sold on Jackson or Turner to be solid RB1, so you'll need to hope Richardson or Martin pans out. Nothing wrong with Nelson either. I wouldn't give up a potential stud RB (Richardson or Martin) to get a little bit of an upgrade at WR
QB: M Ryan
RB: Bernard, Vereen, J Hill, A Bradshaw, T Mason, J Randle
WR: C Johnson, D Thomas, J Gordan
TE J Cameron

Start- 1QB, 2RB, 2WR/TE, 1 TE,

PPR Scoring (but yardage is worth 1/2 of rushing)
1pt/25yards and 5pt/TD passing (-2 INT),
1pt/10yards and 6pt/TD rushing.
1pt/20yards and 6pt/TD receiving.

Julio, if better, is only marginally better. I hang with Nelson with Rodgers throwing to him and Jennings having had a preseason concussion.
Start 1-QB, 2-WR, 2-RB, 1-TE, 1-WR/RB/TE, 1-K, 1-D

12 Team PPR League 0.25 pts/completion 1 pt/rec 1 pt 10 yds rushing & receiving 6 pts TD, 1 pt 25 yds/ passing 4 pts passing TD, -2 fumble, -2 int

I stick with a deeper backfield as well. I would like to upgrade my wr's, but its easier to waiver a wr (there will be more options) than it will be to find a rb in season. Rb's get injured too often to leave yourself bare.
.5 PPR, 1pt-10yds, 6pts-TD, 1pt-25yds passing
QB-Russell Wilson
RB-AP, Doug Martin, McKinnon, Hillman
WR-Dez, Maclin, Garcon, Mike Wallace, ShortsIII, DeVante Parker, James Jones
TE-Julius Thomas, Martellus Bennett

Sacks Machine
Qb-Stafford, Palmer
Wr-AJ Green, Cooks, Watkins, Garcon, Diggs
Rb-Lacy, Bernard, Foster, McFadden, Duke Johnson, Denard Robinson

I really don't see a reason to. I would stand pat with Megatron and Jones myself. I would not want to weaken my RBs either offering up Turner, even if he isn't a starter for your team.
