Which one of these two WR's should I select for my flex spot?

Kenny Britt vs. San Diego

Stephen Hill vs. Pit

1/2 pt PPR, 1 pt/10 yds received, 6 pts TD.

I am swaying to Britt cause of his huge upside (even with 20 snaps)......and I don't know anything about Stephen Hill (grabbed off the waivers).

Any wisdom is appreciated!!

Hill has an injury. Britt will play limited snaps this weekend. I would go with Hill if he plays.

I go with the bigger upside in Britt.
