I'm considering who to drop and who to pick up in my dynasty league and I'm using the trade analyzer to help make this decision.

I put in a trade of Mohamed Sanu for free agent Marcedes Lewis.

The TA shows I will lose 171.6 points off my WR roster if I make this transaction (with 11.6 of those points being this week). But when I go to this week's projected performance, it has Sanu for 3.6.

How does the TA project Sanu scoring 171.6 points this season? That's two less points it projects for Torrey Smith. Is it a glitch?

The TA is a good tool but sometimes it makes pretty ridiculous predictions...

Mas:

Did you get the Smart Alert about Dexter McCluster having his official designation switched by the Chiefs and NFL from RB to WR?

If you remove McCluster from your RB lists and then add him to your WR's you'll see the actual correct analysis.

Right now it is taking McCluster's points at WR and subtracting them from your analysis because he you haven't added him to the position.

So next week do the Chiefs change his designation again? Why? What is the driving factor behind this? So, he's a RB who is splitting out at WR, why change his designation?

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
