Please weigh in!

I drafted Vick to be my starter in 2 leagues. All week I anticipated sitting him this week based on the Maclin/Jackson injuries and what the Ravens D did to the Bengals.

Now it looks like Maclin and Jackson are going to play. In my league where passing TDs are 6 points, LA is saying to start Ben (vs. Jets minus Revis) over Vick. In my league where passing TDs are 4 points, LA is saying to start Vick over Schaub (vs. Jax D that I assume is a juicier matchup). Both projections are within a point of each other.

My gut feeling is the opposite of LA - that I should start Vick over Ben and start Schaub over Vick.

Jets are band up on def. they have an offensive player playing corner. I luck Big Ben.

Schaub has a great matchup today also so don't be afraid to roll with him

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

When it's really close like that in the projections, I prefer to go with what my gut tells me. I can always kick myself for not listening, but I always feel stupid when I don't listen to myself and I turn out to be right.

Personally, I would sit Vick this week and see how he does with this tough matchup and injured WR's. No reason to not take advantage of the matchups for Ben and Schaub after watching Vick look so horrible last week.

In your case I agree here with Russ on sitting Vick to play these two guys who have good match ups and rec.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
