With Jerome Simpson MIN coming off suspension this next week does Simpson have more potential upside than Nate Washington? Simpson easily seems to be the most talented MIN receiver after Harvin, but does that mean he has more value than Washington?

I think so. TEN is struggling right now at 0-2, a questionable offensive line and a RB who isn't performing very well. They have lots of questions to answer. MIN on the other hand has their best weapon back and apparently healthy, in Adrian Peterson. Harvin is one of the most dynamic WRs in the NFL, along with a young TE in Kyle Rudolph. Harvin will hopefully come in and make an impact opposite Harvin. I do like how Ponder has played for the Vikes as well, so I believe there is a big upside to Simpson starting his season in week 4.

I do like Simpson (without playing any snaps yet) over Washington because of the supporting cast around him. Too many question marks in TEN right now to depend on any players. That could change, but I am taking a chance on Simpson making a splash when he returns in week 4.

simpson is hopefully going to open up the deep game for minny, and thus, open up the entire offense

I would take a chance on Simpson myself, though he has not played a snap in Minnesota I think with Harvin the defenses will have a hard time with Simpson.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
