I will be starting Ray Rice and Doug Martin at RB1 & 2. Deciding between Sproles or Ryan Williams for Flex. Which is the better option for Week 3?

Even though it is non-ppr, Sproles still gets the start. Would like to see how Williams does as the main guy before committing to him.
