I always prefer having RB depth to WR depth. Not sure how your bye weeks come into play, but I doubt Simpson cracks your starting lineup more than once or twice with these other WR's. Why not take a chance on a potential feature RB instead of a bench WR? Not sold that Mendenhall will be much better than he was last season, but it's worth the chance.

I am skeptical about Mendy and his return the first week. I can't see him handling a full load, but he also can't be as poor as what PIT has run with since losing him. Not sure I would want to take a chance on him. But that is just a feeling I have.

Mendy has the chance to be a solid RB, if nothing else great trade bait. Get him while you can.

Mendy only because he is a rb and you have wr's that will make it hard for Simpson to start. I like Simpson's upside better.
