Hartline is available on the waiver wire in my league. I am pretty thin in terms of RB's and stronger at receiver. But I think Hartline could be this a strong #2 WR. Non-PPR league. RB/WR Line up is as follows:

RB: CJ, Bradshaw, Ryan Williams, D. Brown, P. Thomas, J. Rogers

WR: Demaryius Thomas, DJax, J. Nelson, R. Wayne

I am leaning towards dropping Rogers for Hartline, what do you think?

I would do that. You don't need Rogers. Good depth move.

I would have to drop PT instead of Rodgers if you think you want to pick up Hartline. Rodgers is the man in passing situations and will be on the field in place of Turner if Atlanta is behind or if the run D of the opponent is strong. Just not convinced that Turner is "still the burner".

I don't see you starting Heartline over any receiver other than DJax, so not sure I would make the move, especially in a non-ppr league. The 2 long scores for Hartline are not typical of what you should expect.

RB's are a premium, stock piling rb's is more desireable than wr's.
Start 1-QB, 2-WR, 2-RB, 1-TE, 1-WR/RB/TE, 1-K, 1-D

12 Team PPR League 0.25 pts/completion 1 pt/rec 1 pt 10 yds rushing & receiving 6 pts TD, 1 pt 25 yds/ passing 4 pts passing TD, -2 fumble, -2 int
