I have been offered Michael Vick for Stephen Jackson. Non- PPR. My roster now is:

Newton, Weeden

RB: Macgehee, alex green, LSH, Arian Foster, Tate.

WR: Crabtree, dez bryant, vincent jackson, hixson

TE: gonzalez

We play: 1 QB, 1 TE, 2 WR, 2 RB's and a Flex - can be either TE, RB or WR.

Jackson has been my penciled in Flex...and bye week RB. But...I could use Vick. If no jackson - Green or LSH would have to come thru - or crabtree. If I made the trade I could maybe punt Hixson and pick up Vic Ballard...who could replace Jackson for a few weeks. Jahvid Best is still available..if I thought I needed someone later in the season. Ballard and Best are still available.

Thoughts??

Why do you think you could use Vick? If you only start one QB, then he is only a bye week replacement for Newton. You can't afford to give up the rb for a one week play. Just my opinion. SJax is the 2nd or 3rd best rb on your roster.

I agree. If you feel the need to trade S jax go get a good WR.. that would help you more. Vick is an injury waiting to happen on your bench. Isnt there anyone better on waivers than Weeden for your bye week?

the qb's available are both of the TN qb's, tannehill and bradford. I picked weeden. Even kolb is taken. I had freeman as a backup - but the guy who has rothlesberger and luck picked him up as a 3rd qb and has not cut him. I tried trading for luck and the guy wants arian foster. Yea right. I cut freeman not imagining that anyone would pick him up and keep him as everyone has a least two qb's. I was wrong.

Alex green could tear it up and replace jackson in theory - BIG risk. Jackson - not sure how many carries he will be getting. Contract is up after this year (voidable) and the rams have to be dying to find out what richardson and Pead have. Plus - the rams never rush for TD's.

good thoughts - keep them coming! Thanks
