I just traded Dez Bryant for Dwayne Bowe. My top two receivers were Vincent jackson, Bryant and Crabtree.

yahoo sports says I am out of my mind on their trade evaluator. FFS says "make the trade". I was inclined to make the trade as opposed to trying to suffer thru watching dez bryant on the field. With Bowe - I at least figure the chiefs will have to throw when they trail by three touchdowns and he will be good for some garbage yards in the 4th quarter. Bryant does not seem to get many garbage time catches - even though the Cowboys trail.

the big wildcard is brady quinn. I personally thought Cassell was the worst starting qb in the NFL....so I am not sure quinn can be that much worse. The question is to whether bowe will be his target. Sometimes backups latch onto 2nd stringers they are used to playing with... but....I made the trade anyway. I had bowe two years in row - so this makes three. He stays healthy and although inconsistent - will put up yards when the chiefs trail...and he finished out last year very strong.

I think Bowe takes a hit without Cassel in there at QB. Hopefully the Brady Quinn experiment works, but I doubt Bowe will as productive.

Bryant has been a bust to date, the Cowboys just terrible. I think it was a good trade for you though.

50/50, gut feeling was the way to go on this. I like the upside of dez, but I agree that he's been a disappointment for you.

Dez has been a disappointment but has upside. Bowe is the only WR in KC that has consistent value and also offers upside. I can see this trade being good for you.
