IN a 14 team PPR league im facing a rough bye week and need to pick up a D/ST. Im between dropping Amendola since he is still declared OUT(but should be back sooner than expected) or J. Rodgers on his BYE week.Being a 14 team league its very thin on RB's and Rodgers seems to be getting more touches lately. Although i hate to ditch D. Amendola being that his dislocated clavicle is a reasonably easy injury to come back from and is expected back earlier than expected. Which do you believe would be a better single week drop and i can hopefully pick them up again after week 7?

Thanks for the advice.

1QB, 2RB, 1Flex, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D/ST

QB: Stafford, Flacco

RB: DMC, A. Peterson, D. Martin, D. Williams, J. Rodgers (BYE)

WR: R. Wayne, J. Nelson, A. Brown, D. Moore, D. Amendola (OUT),

TE: A. Gates (BYE), M. Lewis

K. S. Graham

D/ST: Dolphins (BYE)

I would drop Rodgers since he is of little value in non PPR leagues.

Little Welker Jr. will be back just in time for the fantasy playoffs. Or, a little bit before.

I would drop the Dolphins and pick up a D and play match ups the rest of the year if I couldn't get them back next week. In a 14 team league, position players are much harder to get and more important than D's. Just my opinion. Another option is to play without a D this week.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
