Going forward is it worth trading Eli Manning and Vincent Jackson for Peyton Manning & Chicago defense?

I think it leaves you too thin at WR. Especially if you have to rely on Bowe with Quinn and or Cassel throwing to him. It looks like the Chiefs want to take a hard look at Quinn for next year and if he continues to play, that spells fantasy doom for Bowe.

I would not make that trade even though it would be great to get the Bear defense.

I dont really like the deal either. Peyton has been solid this year and a bit better than Eli, but Nicks is coming back and that should Eli more weapons at his disposal to pick up the pace. To give up VJax just does not seem worth getting the chicago D and the slight upgrade to Peyton.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
