I know it's sacrilege amongst the pundits, but I think Harvin is overrated and is the one to sit here. For Harvin to be as good as he could be, he needs a better QB than Ponder. Besides, as a smaller WR playing against those physical DB's the Seahawks have, he could get crushed. Love the matchups for everyone else.

The sit is between Moore and Harvin and Harvin's match up with the Seahawks makes him more risky. I agreee with Thomas and sit Harvin.

Harvin is too dynamic to keep on the bench, even in SEA who plays defense much better than when on the road. With all the issues CAR is having at QB, I would sit Steve Smith vs WAS. I know this is a game that could get Newton back on track. Over the last 3 games he has 1 TD pass and only 5 on the year.

I'm not playing JUlio this week because Julio's only had good fantasy games on the road... so far this year. White has scored all the big fantasy games at home. Seems like a weird reason, but anyways, that will be me. Tampa Bay lost Talib in the secondary via trade and Wright might be not playing too......TB already had the 31st ranked pass defense. So I am playing Moore for that reason.

Talib has been suspended and hasn't been playing for the Bucs D, so they are not going to be any worse than they have been for the last 4 weeks. The Seahawks play a very physical pass D and have stopped most (last week against the Lions being an exception) good pass O's. Harder for me to sit Julio than Harvin. Ponder seems to be regressing and will be under a lot of pressure against the Seahawks. Wouldn't surprise me to see AP have 25-30 touches in a low scroing game.
