I have Ryan Matthews (just traded for him) and could get VJax for him straight up in a ppr league. Thoughts?

Without your roster, starting requirements, and scoring it is difficult to give any kind of accurate advice. Don't know if you need a rb more tha a wr?

Your lineup looks better with Mathews than with VJax and if you have an injury to FJax, or Bradshaw (and those are likley) you will be starting Redman and Bush or the healthy Bradshaw/Mathews. Redman looks like he will be in a RBBC at best.

The trade leaves you to weak at rb. As much as I like VJax this year, I'd have to turn it down. The delta you are giving up at rb is much greater than you pick up at wr. You do get a tremendous upside, but not sure the gamble is worth it.

I agree. Although even as a huge Matthews supporter I am almost ready to give up on him in a few leagues. At this point you wont get enough value selling him at his lowest point to make it worth it. Better off hanging on to him and hope he hits his stride as you head into the playoffs and he can bring home the bacon.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
