Definitely deep fried turkey! Lol, just remember to defrost the turkey before you put it in the deep fryer !! Add in all the other great Cajun fare, a slice of pecan pie and a big ole plate of football. Makes for an excellent menu and a great day!

Happy Thanksgiving y'all!

Best part is unbuttoning the jeans after stuffing down the stuffing, heading out to the fire pit with a beverage, watching the sun go down over the mountains in Arizona, flicking on the big screen next to the fire and wiating for the homemade apple and pumpkin pie with a scoop of vanilla. Cheers to all.
