Opponent played 6 of 9 (Freeman, Stephens-Howling, & Cobb left to play) - only Forbath played for me. Really in quandry on my QB2 and WR's. Can pick up Henne for Foles if helps (Kaepernick not available). Current lineup:

Brees, Locker, Martin, AP, VJax, Colston, Gonzo, Forbath, CAR

Flacco's on road need I say more? Worry starting both Brees & Colston vs SF if NO regresses. Moore or Nelson instead of one or both WR's? Also considering picking up Shorts in place of Foles (if don't pick up Henne) at least for depth if not start this week

Whew - my WR's are tough choices every week! Please help with recommendations/thoughts!

Anyone thoughts on my lineup - flip flopping on my WR's and QB's!

Feeling ok starting Locker, but don't know if I'm putting too much faith in him. At some point, Flacco has to have a good road game - maybe?? Or Henne - personally rather drop Foles for Alexander (or Shorts) in case continues doing well for depth/keep away from others.

Down by 100? Is that Dandy Don singing? Sorry CJ. I know the feeling heading into the weekend on a song and a prayer.

I like Henne facing TEN over Foles, who will be without McCoy in the backfield. As much as I would like to count on Brown to pick up the slack, he isn't McCoy. Henne looked outstanding vs HOU last week. Now he could be set up for a huge let down, but TEN is 28th vs the pass (FPPG).

You gotta start Brees and Colston, no way I could sit them. Colston went off for 9-136-1 TD last year in the playoffs vs SF. I think Nelson is a good choice vs NYG, but VJ has a tough match vs that ATL secondary. I have more faith in Alexander putting up another solid performance for SD and is now the go to guy for Rivers.

Lol, yeah...but have to try while still having best team for the playoffs (I'm the ever optimist until at least clock starts ticking down!). Agreed that Foles isn't a consideration - with O-line and McCoy out, he's the one I'm dropping either for Henne or Alexander.

What about Locker vs Henne (or Flacco)? Figuring if Henne/Locker close for production & over Flacco, thinking pick up Alexander over Henne for future depth for playoffs. Unless better to strengthen my QB's instead?

And you think Colston & Nelson and sit VJax and Alexander if I pick him up? Can see that - possibly Williams rebounding and also going against ATL D.

Thanks!!

Yeah if Flacco goes off on the road, its this weekend vs a piss poor SD team. That would not surprise me at all. His stats this year say otherwise. I think it's a pick'em with Locker and Henne. I might favor Locker just because I am sold on TEN run game with CJ rather than the kid, Parmele.

I also like the Alexander pick up for depth. VJ is a tough sit, but the match up isn't great.

Whew...tough call on both! Have played Flacco all road games hoping he'll break out. Agree this could be the week...but also seems Locker is shaking the rust and I see potential. Just not sure which is a "riskier" start. With SD allowing fewer rushing TD's, might work into Flacco being better option IF he can get on track.

Yeah, tough sit either one - matchup-wise, SF has allowed 5 WR td's and Atlanta has allowed 6. More options for NO but also can mean fewer looks for Colston! Maybe one thing and not sure good logic. Have to hope Freeman has a quiet day - in which case can gain with Colston. Opposite is if Freeman goes off, maybe can offset by playing VJax if he gets the td's! Ack.

Well all your suggestions turned out spot on - could've gotten about 5 points more if I'd started Flacco. He didn't go off, but certainly improved over his previous road games.

Kicking myself a little - only question I didn't ask but was going to (just to get that extra push to do it!): ClE over CAR. Posts were saying CLE and one had picked them over CAR. That would've given me the win...not over, but not too optimistic on them getting 24 points tonight.

It's hindsight, can't feel bad given all the good choices made and can't win them all! And no, not throwing in the towel until tonight's game clock ticks down to 0:00

Thanks for all the input and did pick up Alexander. Rivers (and Floyd in the mix) will create some concerns but gives me some extra depth.
