I screwed up on one of my lineups this week. I thought I had started Drew Brees but I forgot to click on the button for him to start. This team had to win to get in the playoffs next week. I was on the brink of elimination.

Watching Drew Brees turn into Tony Romo with his 5 int's against Atlanta, I kicked myself until I realized what had happened. At the last minute I was able to click on Carson Palmer, my back up, into the lineup.

I won the game with Palmer and I am in the playoffs next week. If I had started Brees I would have lost.

Sometimes luck is all that you need in fantasy football.

Maybe I can save the mistake for another week?? It wouldn't have helped me last week. Had Brees starting, but toss Martin, Colston, and Nelson into the mix for a whopping total of 26 points. Had hoped Brees alone would get that, lol! At least Martin got almost 9 and Colston 7, but still...

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
