Rain doesn't impact passing unless it is really windy. The Giant/Saints game has the potential for being a shoot out and if so, that means big numbers for Brees. The Ravens/Skins could be a low scoring game with the Ravens feeling that they need to keep the ball out of RGIII's hands, so look for lots of Rice. The Ravens run D has been somewhat suspect, so look for lots of Morris. If the weather is really bad, then both teams may use the run.

The Saints can't run the ball and the running attack is actually drop offs to Sproles. The Giants can run and Bradshaw may get lots of carries. All seems to indicate that the higher upside is with Brees.

Both are great starts. Hard to make a bad decision here.

The only real team to slow Bob3 does was PIT, BAL has a fairly good defense and WAS was held to just a single TD last week. I like the match up more for Brees this week, but it's also a a question of how successful will Bob3 be on the ground, outside the pocket. As much as I have been a homer for Bob3 this season (unlike Newton last year) I start Brees this week over Bob3.
