I'm definitely trending in the wrong direction the last 3 weeks. A bunch of surprises in week 14 meant I went an uninspiring 8-8 in the game picks. That makes me a disappointing 133-74-1 for the season and with only 48 games left, getting to the annual goal of 180 correct would take perfection on my part. I doubt that's going to happen. But at least a respectable 170 is a possibility, if I get the picks turned around starting this week.

Here are my week 15 NFL game predictions:

Cincinnati 27, Philadelphia 20
Baltimore 26, Denver 23
Green Bay 28, Chicago 21
Houston 31, Indianapolis 17
Miami 20, Jacksonville 10
St. Louis 27, Minnesota 24
NY Giants 31, Atlanta 27
New Orleans 28, Tampa Bay 24
Cleveland 20, Washington 17
San Diego 24, Carolina 17
Detroit 41, Arizona 10
Seattle 20, Buffalo 17
Oakland 27, Kansas City 17
Pittsburgh 30, Dallas 27
New England 34, San Francisco 21
Tennessee 23, NY Jets 16

There you have it; my week 15 NFL game predictions.

Philadelphia spoiled my consecutive streak of nailing survivor pool locks in week 14 by beating Tampa Bay. It happens. Heck, in my real survivor pools I've been out since week 2 when Arizona (it's hard to imagine how now) beat New England. I'm now 11-3 in the locks and hope to rebound this week. Here are the picks and results from each week so far this season:

Week 1 (W; 27-23) Detroit over St. Louis
Week 2 (L; 18-20) New England over Arizona
Week 3 (L; 24-27) New Orleans over Kansas City
Week 4 (W; 38-14) Houston over Tennessee
Week 5 (W; 45-3) San Francisco over Buffalo
Week 6 (W; 23-20) Atlanta over Oakland
Week 7 (W; 21-14) Minnesota over Arizona
Week 8 (W; 24-15) Green Bay over Jacksonville
Week 9 (W; 31-13) San Diego over Kansas City
Week 10 (W; 28-7) Seattle over NY Jets
Week 11 (W 30-23) Denver over San Diego
Week 12 (W; 34-10) Cincinnati over Oakland
Week 13 (W; 38-33) Dallas over Philadelphia
Week 14 (L; 21-23) Tampa Bay over Philadelphia

For week 15 I really wish I had Detroit still to choose from, but I used them back in week 1. Luckily there are two games I feel very good about this week. I have some reservations about this one as it's always interesting when a team's former starting QB comes back to town as the starter for a different team. The revenge idea must be in his head, but at the same time, if there's any team that knows his deficiencies, it would be the players on the former team. And Chad Henne has plenty of deficiencies of his own to add to the injury plagued state of the Jaguars RB's.

My Survivor Pool Lock for Week 15 is: the Miami Dolphins over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

This is my fourth year with Football Starters and I sincerely appreciate the work you guys do and it has helped me each year. There is almost too much information to grasp in the first year but I am getting better. If I win this week I will be in our Championship game. Just wish I knew what to do about RGIII this week cause I am not sure I want to play Locker.

Love these picks, Russ. If your Skins, Cowboys, Bucs and Rams games are correct, the Rams will leapfrog four teams and only be 1/2 game behind Chicago for the wildcard.

“I am advancing to the championship game in both of my leagues and I believe a lot of the credit goes to those of you in this forum and the many tools that we have access to”. (Ron 3 year member)

“This site greatly helped me make it through this year in both my leagues and all the great help from other members thanks very much fellas!” (Courtney first year member)

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
