In years past at the end of a FF season I have posted similiar treads were I would rattle off a good (5-10) players I was excited about going into the next season. Some panned out like Jordy Nelson in 2011 while others didn't like my prediction in 2012 of Darrius Heyward-Bey having a breakout season.

However, for some reason going into the 2013 season I can barely come up with any lists and none of these players below are what I would even call "Deep Sleepers" as theses are all names we have heard. However, I think in most (10) team leagues these names will be drafted in the much later rounds of (7-12) but that they could do something in 2013.

Jacquizz Rodgers-I drafted him in the 11th round in 2012 but he never took over the roll as the featured Falcons running back. My concern with Rodgers is I don't see him having the build to be an ever down back but with Michael Turner I believe due some $7.5 million does Turner take a paycut and re-do his contract or do the Falcons waive him and move on? If it's the later than Rodgers makes for an intriguing player in 2013.

TY Hilton- Another year of Luck developing could make Hilton a special player in 2013 and someone who could make for a nice # 4 WR after draft day that could become a solid #3 WR on your team as the season progresses. My concern here is Donnie Avery and the passes he takes away from Hilton but Avery can never seem to stay healthy.

Danario Alexander-He really came up big at the end of the season and with no clear go to WR in San Diego he could be the man in 2013. However, unless he has a quite 2013 preseason he will be on many fantasy owners watch list and I could see him being drafted in a (10) team league in that (5-6) round area.

Colin Kaepernick- Colin is my favorite player to target in 2013 in (10) team leagues especially if they are keeper leagues. I don't see Kaepernick being a top (10) QB in 2013 pre-draft rankings and as we all know in (10) team leagues once you draft your QB getting your 2nd QB becomes an after thought. That is why I like the idea currently of targeting him in rounds (12-14) in the hopes that he not only makes for a solid bench QB that you can play in matchup situations but a player that you can take into 2014 with only the lose of a round (8-10) selection.

I will be interested in seeing what other players people are intrigued with heading into 2013.

Okay....a couple more just came to mind.

Daryl Richardson-(RB) Ram-With the restructuring of SJAX's contract he can test free agency in 2013 so if he doesn't return Richardson would appear to be the primary RB unless Isaiah Peed can do something as I expected Peed to be the deep sleeper at RB in 2012 in St.Louis

Vick Ballard-With Donald Brown often injured and Ballard showing well for himself in 2012 perhaps he is given every opportunity in 2013 to be the main back in Indy?

I like Kaep, and Alexander............expect those two players to go fast in 2013.

I don't see Kaepernick going fast unless your in a league that starts (2) QB's. I just don't see him being ranked in the top #10 QB's and think that once drafters get their starting QB that getting Kaepernick later could be gold.

IMO...in no particular order.

(1) Rodgers

(2) Brady

(3) Brees

(4) Cam Newton

(5) RG III

(6) Matt Ryan

(7) Romo

(8) Stafford

(9) Manning

(10) Russell Wilson

Well if the draft were today I might have a tough time taking RGIII in the top 10. We'll have to see how his recovery goes, but thats a pretty rough injury to have that fully reconstructed and using a piece from the other knee. He's young so maybe he will be ok, but he is definitly a continued health risk.
