I have to decide to let him go or to keep him in my standard 4 year keeper league. If I keep him he slides up two rounds and becomes my third round pick.

1point per every 17 yards rushing and receiving. 6 points per td-- WR's and RB's. Qb's get 4 points per passing td. It's a 24 round draft, no waiver wire, no trades allowed.

We have to start 3 RB's every game. You can flex an extra QB every week or extra WR or RB.

My keepers are C. Kap.... Alex Smith, Mendenhall, Julio Jones and K Britt.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

As thin as RBs are every year, I think you need to give him a strong consideration keeping him. Leshoure is inconsistent at best, Bell will lose out on touches as he battles Leshoure for the back up roll. I do like the fact DET now has a legit RB1 in Bush. Hopefully he can remain healthy (yet that can be said about any player). He does need to work on getting his YPC up, but I think he can be a strong RB2 as a double threat for the Lions.

I guess I'm missing something but why would you keep Smith over Bush?

We get to keep 2 QB's, 2 Rb's, and 2 WR's since there is no waiver wire and no trading allowed.

Smith is a depth pick at QB in case of injuries to my other QB's.

OK, tuff league! Without knowing draft order I still think you keep Bush with the abundace of QB's this year.

I like Bush a lot this season and think him definitely worth keeping for a 3rd round pick. That's just about where he should be going in fantasy leagues. Think him a better bet for stats this year than Mendy.

I will take a RB/ QB combo in the first two rounds.

The only hesitation I have is that Bush is more of a PPR back then standard back. But it looks like they will use him as a pile pusher and a receiver but It will be interesting to see if they pull him out on the goal line.

I got Mendy in the 11th round last year. He is now my 9th round pick since I will keep him for RB depth and a decent (hopefully) RB # 3.

In the new eBook, I have the new round by round draft instructions for the novices. Even you experienced guys might like to look it over and give it a critique in my blog when I post it there soon. For what it's worth, I won't take a QB before round 3 this season and probably wait a few rounds later.

You can play two QB's each week in this league though. I thought I could snag a top QB RB. If not, then the top QB's are gone by the end of round # 2.
