Early word out of Packer camp is Franklin is outplaying Eddie Lacy. It's worth to watch this situation going into pre-season.

Have you seen the photos of Lacy at camp? He looks more like an interior lineman, too funny!

I would definitely keep my eye on this! I'm an Alabama fan and saw every game last year. Lacy was not the best RB playing! Heck, I could have run behind Bama's O-line last year. Lacy is not a one move guy and run, he likes to make a spin move to get open. That works in college but in the Pros there is almost always going to be someone there to greet you after your 360! If he can adjust he will be fine, but keep an eye on the last game or 2 of pre-season. Whoever is sitting the most will be the starter!

Early training camp reports are hard to not get wrapped up in, but they also are about 50% crud (especially when given by TV talking heads, and not actual beat reporters). Read a report today talking up James Starks and Alex Green. The Packers will trade either Starks or Green for a sandwich. I'm confident Lacy will be the starter come week 1.

Reports are that Lacy looked good this weekend rushing for some 60+ yards on (8) carries.
