My league has no limits on number of players drafted for each position. Must play QB,WR,WR,RB,RB,TE,K,DEF,DP and flex WR OR RB. Five bench positions are available. Total max on roster is 14.

That means my bench will be QB,WR,WR,RB, TE. What order should I draft my players?

Even though there are no limits on how many players you can have at any position, you only have 5 bench spots. I wouldn't waste one on a TE. Get your starter and use your limited bench to grab a backup QB and 2 each at RB and WR. make sure to use your flex starting spot on either another RB or WR.

What rounds you draft what position in depends on how your draft is falling into place as it happens. 10 teams in the league? 12 teams? More? The smaller the league size, the easier it is to get good bench players so you can concentrate on getting the best straters at QB, RB, and WR.
All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm FINE!
