Let me make a stand, I agree with both parties!

Spiller should have been the starter from day one. He is a special talent, but now on a team in transition.

Unfortunately, in fantasy all we have to go by is last yrs stats, we have no crystal ball for this year.

Spiller could be Lynch a few yrs ago. He had to get out of Buffalo to become relevant again.

I would love to have Spiller on my team again but at his ADP, I see at least 2 or 3 RB's in established offenses I would rather take a chance on.

But let's settle this on the field, James jump into the FFS league, you know you want to!

I wish I could Glenn. But, I have two drafts back to back this Sunday afternoon.

ONe of the other reasons that Spiller is ranked so high is that most second round backs are all VERY questionable and many are gambles like Forte, C Johnson, MJD and of course, McFadden! LOL!

Bad crop of RB's this year.

Oh. And by the way. Started two PPR computer drafts today, both with the 5th pick in the first round. I took Spiller in one, and Rice in the other.

My #1 thought is this... Crap QB, Crap WR's, so spiller is the team. That makes a hard knock life for Spiller. He will get the ball, that's for sure, but he will get beat up doing so and will fight for every yard he gets.

Spiller will be a solid RB2, borderline low end RB1............because of the QB situation with the Bills, and don't forget Jackson as a change of pace might steal 5-6 TDS from Spiller over the season.

James, I am hoping you are right, I have CJ in one of my leagues right now, based on the research I did. I got him in the second round.

He's a top 10 at the very least, if he stays healthy, top 5 for sure. They are going to treat him like a regular RB this year which should see him with at least 15 to 20 runs and of course catching out of the backfield is where he shines.. Totaly different role for him this season.

See Hacketts Quote " We are going to give him the ball till he throws up " lol

Anthony...you have got to take the rainbow glasses off...there is no way with the unsetteled at best QB postion in Buffalo that you can expect 15-20 runs...we can make that a goal...but if no defense respects your passing game, and why would they with a concused Kolb, an unproven/hurt rookie 1st round draft pick that arguably no other team would've drafted in the first round, a washed up Matt Leinert and an undrafted, walk on rookie at QB!

Not to mention a rookie head coach, rookie offensive coordinator and a toatlly new offensive system with new players.

Lastly as I've already documeneted what did you expect the head coach to say..."we have a new offensive and defensive system that is going to take time for our players to learn, crap at best at QB, so we are going to see allot of 8-in-the box and run RBBC?"

Of course not...you got " Spiller is our focal point, we are going to run em till he pukes, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th down (5th down if they'll give us one) he'll be our 3rd down back, our goal line back, our passing catching back etc.

He's good...he's not the second coming of Barry Sanders, Fred Jackson is still there, the ofeense will struggle with the new system, they will see a ton of 8-in-the-box till sopmebdoy...anybpody can prove they can move the ball in the air.

My apologies Anthony (and James) but you guys have to come off the Spiller's gonna be a top 5 back...he's one piece of a 46-man unproven roster with a rookie coaching staff...

As with all thingsin life the truth may lie somewhere in the middle between Hal of Fame season and he sucks but he ain't gonna be all that...IMO.
