I have my draft coming up in a few days and select 3rd overall (8teams). Our league's pt system is QB:1pt/completion, 1/25yds RB:1PT/10yds rush, 1pt 5yds/rec WR/TE is 1pt/5yds rec

That being said I have CJ of Det(keeper). First two picks kept QB's, Foster, Lynch, Rice are available but could get snagged in the top 2 however A.Rodgers will be available. Do I pass on A.Rodgers and snag a RB? or WR(DEZ)?

The advice is much appreciated as I will be picking much later in RD2 and don't want to miss on an opportunity.

Thanks in advance.
----
5yds rec=1pt/10 yds rush=1pt
QB: A.Rodgers, A.Luck
WR: J.Nelson, E.Decker, R.White, S.Smith,M.Colston
RB: Forte, C.Johnson, Stacy
TE: V.Davis
K: Vinatieri
DEF: DEN

On an 8 team league you could get away with taking Rodgers that high. However, RB's are at a premium so if you can't get Rodgers, go top RB.

Agree.....with (8) team everyone will have a pretty stacked team.

I think I like Rice here first, then Lynch, then Foster.....THere are 12-13 good qb's this year but only a handful of great backs, the three you named are all great fantasy backs....If you get Foster just make sure to handcuff tate in the 7-8th Round.....It's early for him,(especially in an 8 team league) but if you get Foster you HAVE TO HAVE HIM.

“I am hosting one league on NFL.com as well. Personally I thing there projections are way out of sync and have been less than reliable. I completely ignored them all year and instead took input from the LA at FFS which has proven to be much more accurate”. (Hooked 5 year Member)
