I like Hopkins' upside as the No. 2 receiver in HOU, however with Hartline in man coverage alot this year, I could see more value in Hartline as HOU loves to run the ball.

Thoughts?

I have them ranked very close together. I think because it's non ppr and Hopkins is a rookie and we know how hard it is for rookie WR's to do good their first year, I go with Hartline especially since Keller is out for the year.

I like Hartline there as well. He should be pretty consistant for you, which is important for where you will need to draft him. Hopkins is going a little early IMO.

I like Hopkins however Hopkins may be the next Austin Collie, he's another one of those chronic concussion guys. If he gets over the concussion bug he'll get a lot of single coverage where he tends to excel and being extremely valuable.
