Both arr ppr leagues. Do I start spiller vs atl or floyd vs phi? And do I start garçon vs nyg or Allen vs cin? Thanks for any help

I would love to take Spiller here but Floyd has been great the last month and we don't know if his injury is still bothering him or not.
